This project comprised of the refurbishment a two storey building incorporating VRF air conditioning, split system heat pumps and tempered fresh air ventilation.

The existing VAV air conditioning system was modified to suit the new layout.  Due to the increase in heat gains from new large video screens for the clients communication network, we introduced additional air conditioners within the space to create a comfortable working environment.

This was achieved by installing 2 new VRF systems and several single split systems. All indoor units were of the ceiling cassette type within the modular false ceiling, with the outdoor condensing unit located on the 11th floor roof.
