Following irreparable damage sustained in freak weather conditions, the replacement of the existing dry air cooler and multiple air conditioning systems was to be a fast track project with high priority.

As the main heating and cooling source for 3 floors had been destroyed, the main priority was to complete a project of this scale in record time whilst allowing the clients business to function as normal.

Professional approaches to planning, design & client liaison led to the completion of this project with the minimal amount of disruption to our client, a major factor in any Dovebrace installation.  .

This project comprised of the refurbishment a two storey building incorporating VRF air conditioning, split system heat pumps and tempered fresh air ventilation.

Our most challenging aspect of this project was in planning the VRF installation into an 24 hour operational control centre that was to be manned throughout our works.

Through successful planning and liaison with the client we were able to carry out major mechanical service installations whilst providing no interruption to the clients business and in harmony with the occupants daily procedures. 

This project comprised of the installation of fresh air conditioning to diagnostic test rooms which required clean room type environments.

Workshop and office facilities were installed with a Mitsubishi-Electric heat recovery VRF System with heat recovery ventilation.
